    We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $9.90 for an Express Door-to-door service to any location within New Zealand.

    All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped out of our Sydney warehouse on Mondays to Friday. 
    The Express service is an 3-5 day delivery although this can't be guaranteed for regional areas.

    Returns:

    What items are returnable?

    We have no questions asked returns, Don't like it in person send it back.

    • Unwashed and Unworn
    • In the original packaging

    What items are non-refundable?

    • Free gifts or promotional items

    Are there any charges for return?

    • There is no charges for return
    • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
    • You are responsible for return shipping charges

    How do I return?

    How soon will I get my refund?

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

    EXCHANGES

    Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges due to how quickly some sizes sell out. The best way to change sizes is to re-order the new size and return the item you're not happy with. As soon as we recieve the returned item we'll refund your credit card.

    (we're aware that this is all part of the process sometimes and only too happy to help make your purchase
    a fully satisfying one!)

    NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES

    Please note, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia and may incur additional customs charges which require payment before your order can be delivered. Orders over NZD$ 100.00 may incur GST, customs charges and duties charged by the NZ Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorized service provider. The Golf Society is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charges and duties.

    Customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the Customer and will not be refunded by The Golf Society. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and The Golf Society will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
